In September, 2001 we obtained the International Standard ISO9001 quality certification. Appreciating the significance of the certification, and under our quality policy of 'providing products that please customers and exceed the quality that they demand,' we will continue manufacturing high-quality and safe products.

'Jakoten' (a kind of fried 'Kamaboko' (boiled fish paste)) and Kneaded Fish Meat Products

A deep fried 'Kamaboko' made from small fish is a local specialty product of the southwestern region of Ehime Prefecture. We deliver the good old taste, produced by a combination of two factors. First, we grind whole, fresh, small fish, harvested inshore. Second, we utilize our proprietary methods to avoid spoiling the texture and flavor.

As a company dealing with food, maintaining food safety is of utmost importance.
To produce reliable and safe food, we respond to market needs and customers' requests with a special section set up for quality control. (In 2001, the International Standard ISO9001 quality certification was obtained.)
Based on our experience and achievements in conducting quality control on a wide range of products including fish sausage, kneaded fish products, frozen food, retort packaged food, sauces, prepared food, etc., we have endeavored to develop safety measures including quality control methods suitable for each product.
We strive to meet customers' trust with daily quality control employing microbiological, physiochemical and sensory inspections.

We practice energy saving activities by employing high efficiency boilers, energy saving equipment and sophisticated drainage disposal plant to purify factory drainage to the level of fresh water streams.
